 Note: This golf tournament is for TRUST Technologies, Inc employees, customers, and vendors ONLY! www.willow-creekgolf.com Prizes longest drive #15(in the fairway), All "A" players must use #3 wood, Closest to the pin #3, #7, #12 and # 16. Hole # 14 must be played with #7 iron from tee to green. From this date forward this hole will be referred to as the "Jeff Underhill" hole.

Mulligan's - one per player and MUST be used by the player that purchased the mulligan. 50% of the on line registration will go into the prize money for the 1st place team. All mulligan money collect gets divided 4 ways to the first place team. $1.00 goes

Additional Comments:
 Food will be provided at the turn of the 1st nine holes. Driving range and practice putting green open for golfing participants. Pyramid of balls will be provided for the driving range before teeing off.
