Tournament Posting

• Locate the Post icon and go to Post Tournament page. We recommend you review the event planner before proceeding. When posting a tournament, fill in all information associated with your specific tournament.
  
  
• Localtournaments.com reserves the right to remove any tournament or sponsor that we may deem to be promoting an immoral or illegal element.
  
  
• Tournament Host will setup an account with secured third party payment receipt system that accepts various payment methods. This system will also track amount of total funds received and by whom. As a tournament host you will be able to transfer funds from Local Tournaments to your banking account, at your discretion.
  
  
• Tournament Participant will be charged a specific fee which will be billed upon registration. The fee will be $2.00 per participant plus 2.5% credit card processing fees as outlined in the Posting Agreement. This amount will automatically be calculated for you on the tournament posting form.
  
  
• Tournament Host should issue each participant a tournament itinerary within two weeks prior to the date scheduled for play. The itinerary should be by mail or email and should be specified in the tournament specifics.

Participants

• Locate the Find icon and go to Find a tournament page. Select from the appropriate sports category the tournament you desire to participate. A participant is considered an individual who completes an online registration and submits registration to tournament Host.
  
  
• Participants will be directed through a secured third party billing system for payment. Payment for the tournament must be made at time of registration.
  
• LocalTournaments.com is a venue system. We bring host and participant together. We recognize that most participants will be from the local area where the tournament is being held and can verify the accuracy of the information supplied. For all others we have supplied the participants email list so that not only can you contact the host to verify the tournament, but also the participants.

Miscellaneous

• Posted tournaments that circumvent Localtournaments.com registration processing fees are not permitted and will be deleted from our database. Localtournaments.com will consider the circumstances of an alleged offense and the Host's listing before taking action.

• Localtournaments.com does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in nature in a public area.
